About Nia Osborne LMSW (They/She/He)

CURRENTLY ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS in January 2026

Nia is a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) and a graduate of the City University of New York at Hunter College. Their work is rooted in a deep commitment to healing, justice, and community care.

Nia has extensive experience supporting youth, LGBTQ+ individuals, Black, Indigenous, and other people of color, and communities navigating the ongoing impacts of systemic oppression.

They are guided by the belief that everyone deserves a space where they can be fully seen and affirmed. Nia approaches therapy with warmth, curiosity, and collaboration. They partner with people moving through addiction recovery, harm reduction, grief, identity exploration, relationship shifts, and life transitions. Nia welcomes individuals across a wide range of relationship structures and lived experiences, honoring the many ways people express intimacy, connection, and autonomy.

Nia’s therapeutic style blends psychodynamic, relational, dialectical, narrative, liberation-focused, culturally affirming, and body-centered practices. Their work honors the wisdom clients carry within themselves while offering tools to deepen insight, expand choice, and promote growth. In every session, Nia strives to create a space that is grounded, compassionate, and where healing can unfold at your own pace.
