Kat (they/them) is an empathic and driven therapist who creates a warm and inviting environment for individuals to embrace their identity and understand themselves better. They work with clients ages 13 and up around gender, sexuality, identity, neurodivergence – especially ADHD, anxiety, depression, and trauma. Kat themself has ADHD and wishes to be the person to fill the knowledge gap of providers and understands the nuance of living with ADHD. Kat graduated from West Chester University in 2024 with their Master’s in Social Work. They believe that everyone deserves to feel supported, heard and recognized in their lives; and does so through modalities such as person-centered, strengths-based, and narrative therapy. Kat is also recently trained in EMDR therapy.

- Currently licensed in Delaware & Pennsylvania
- Able to accept the following insurances as an In Network Provider billed under the Clinical Supervisor:
- Blue Cross Blue Shield
- Cigna
- Aetna
- Delaware Medicaid/Highmark Health Options
- and Mental Health Consultants.
- Also able to Provider A Superbill for Private Pay
- KAT does not accept United Health, UMR IBX, Carelon, or Medicare
