CURRENTLY ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS in January 2026
(Remote Sessions Sunday Only to Start)
Piper Garrison is a LMSW as of September, 2025. Piper earned her Masters in Social Work from West Chester University in May and her Bachelors in Social Work from Lock Haven University in 2021. She specializes with adolescents in a school setting providing mental health and behavioral support. Her practice is rooted in a person-centered, narrative therapy approach where the client is the expert in their lives but together they can find healing. Piper creates a safe, affirming space where clients can process experiences with discrimination, coming out, gender identity, and relationship concerns without judgment. She understands the unique pressures facing LGBTQ+ young people—from school and peer environments to societal expectations—and works to empower clients with tools for resilience and self-acceptance. Whether you’re questioning your identity, seeking support during transition, or navigating how to show up authentically in the world, Piper meets you where you are with compassion and understanding. Her goal is to help every young person feel seen, valued, and equipped to thrive as their true selves.
